Setting silly goals for yourself is great. I myself participate in Bow Tie Tuesday and Formal Friday, which are also great.
Oh, and I’m also a developer at a company where most of my coworkers are wearing t-shirts and jeans every day. Your coworkers will not shun you for this: I have had nothing but overwhelmingly positive responses from mine.
